Following any statutory or regulatory requirements, best practice and any requirements of your own policies and procedures, we are able to identify those who need to be seen, interview them, take appropriate notes and then compile a report, identifying whether it is reasonable to believe in the light of the evidence that there is a disciplinary case to answer.
Depending on the requirements of the client, we can then either present the case on behalf of the organisation to the decision-maker(s) for the organisation or, if necessary, be present as a witness should a disciplinary hearing be convened.
