Balanced Scorecard Implementation

Developed in the early 1990s as a result of a Harvard Business Review article by Robert Kaplan and David Norton, the Balanced Scorecard is a mechanism to monitor the performance of an organisation as a whole or a part of it, against strategic goals.

The Balanced Scorecard utilises both financial and non-financial measures in order to ascertain where the organisation is failing to meet what is expected or required.
